Visa and Visa Letter
Most participants from different countries need to obtain a visa to enter the People's Republic of China. To avoid uncertainty, the organizing committee recommends that you apply as early as possible to ensure that you have enough time to obtain your visa. For more details, please refer to the latest announcements from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China and Chinese embassies and consulates in the host country.
Visa free transit policy
A foreign citizen may enter the Chinese Mainland without a visa in any of the following circumstances:
According to bilateral agreements signed or reached between China and foreign countries, foreign citizens of some countries who meet certain conditions can enter China visa free. Visa letter
(1) After you complete the registration and payment, the organizing committee will issue a visa letter and send it to your registered email.
(2) The name provided on the visa letter must be exactly the same as the name on the passport. Any discrepancy between the name on the passport and the name on the visa letter or other documents may result in a delay/rejection of the visa application.
(3) The organizing committee is not responsible for assisting you with visa applications except for issuing visa letters. If your visa application is rejected, the organizing committee cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor has the authority to represent the applicant in any discussions or communications with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the embassy.
